Product Care & Help Guide

Bathroom accessories and fixtures are exposed to daily humidity, hot steam, and hard-water mineral deposits. To maintain optimal water flow, anti-slip suction, and mirror clarity, please follow our practical maintenance guide below:

1. Shower Heads & Limescale Removal

  • Anti-Clog Silicone Nozzles: If water spray becomes uneven, simply rub the flexible silicone nozzles with your thumb while running warm water to dislodge limescale buildup.
  • Deep Descaling: Soak the shower head face in a 50/50 mixture of warm water and white vinegar once every two months to dissolve internal calcium deposits. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before use.

2. Bathtub Mats & Anti-Slip Suction Care

  • Post-Bath Rinsing: After each bath or shower, peel up the mat, rinse off soap and bath oil residues with clean water, and hang it over the side of the tub to air dry. This prevents slippery soap film and mildew underneath suction cups.
  • Machine Washing: Most of our vinyl/rubber bath mats can be washed periodically on a gentle, cool machine cycle (without bleach). Always air dry—never tumble dry.

3. Bath Stools & Shower Seating

  • Drying Out: Ensure your bathroom is well-ventilated after use. Wipe wooden or bamboo stool slats lightly with a dry towel to preserve waterproof varnish finishes.
  • Rubber Feet Inspection: Check non-slip rubber foot pads periodically to ensure they remain free from slippery soap scum that can compromise grip on wet bathroom tiles.

4. Bathroom Mirrors & Defogging Glass

  • Cleaning Glass: Spray a mild, non-ammonia glass cleaner onto a soft microfibre cloth rather than spraying directly onto the mirror edges. This safeguards internal silvering and LED electronic seals.
  • Moisture Wipe-Down: Wipe away heavy steam condensation around the outer frame after long hot showers.
